Tasha Baxley, LPN (center) was recognized as employee of the month for July at Regency Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson. She is pictured with director of nursing Beverly Mentzer (left) and administrator Randy Downey.
Baxley has been with Regency Park for six years and is a valuable asset to Regency Park. She was chosen as Employee of the Month by the residents because she can always be found helping with a smile. She and her significant other have three children – Joseph, 7, Ryan, 4l, and Sofia, 2.
In her free time, she loves barbequing, playing with her kids, and continuing her education as she pursues her RN license.
Baxley’s favorite part og working at Regency Park is being able to perform quality care while enriching the residents’ lives with joy. “Regency Park is proud to have Tasha Baxley as a part of our staff! Congratulations and thank you for all that you do!” a spokesperson said.
